Where do you ship?
We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India using trusted courier partners
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes all orders are shipped free of charge with no minimum order value
How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 working days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities take 3 to 6 working days
Remote or rural areas may take 5 to 8 working days
How can I track my order?
You will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and link once your order is shipped
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes COD is available for select pin codes and may require confirmation before dispatch
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused in original condition and supported by a complete unboxing video
Some items are non-returnable as mentioned in our return policy
How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at help@bekoo.in or WhatsApp us with your order number issue and unboxing video
We will guide you through the process step by step
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes exchanges are available for size issues or in case of damage or wrong product
Please request an exchange within 5 days of delivery
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via UPI for COD orders
Processing takes 8 to 15 working days after we receive and verify the return
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once dispatched cancellation is not possible
