Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
1. Before Dispatch
You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Include your order number in the message
If your order is not packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method
Note
We do not accept cancellations via Instagram, Facebook, or any unofficial channel
2. After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
If you still want to cancel, accept the delivery and request a return under our Return and Refund Policy
3. COD Orders
COD orders may need confirmation by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
If not confirmed, the order may auto-cancel after a few hours
Multiple COD cancellations may lead to removal of COD as a payment option for future purchases
4. Prepaid Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we refund to the original payment method
Refunds reflect in 3–7 business days based on your bank
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel your order if
The product is out of stock
Your address is invalid or incomplete
Your order is flagged as high-risk by our payment system
In these cases, you will be informed and refunded if payment was made
